Refund Policy
- Card payments (Paddle): within 14 days of purchase.
- Crypto (USDT) and bank transfer: within 3 days of purchase.
What counts as unused
- License key: the key has not been redeemed on any account.
- Time added directly to your account: the bot has not submitted any offer for that game since the purchase.
Once a key is redeemed or the bot has started working with the purchased time, the purchase is considered used and is not refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. You can try every game free for 8 hours before buying.
How to request a refund
- Open a support ticket on our Discord (discord.gg/eldoradosnipe) with the e-mail address of your account and your order reference (or transaction ID).
- For card payments made through Paddle you can also use the link in your Paddle receipt or paddle.net.
Approved refunds are returned the same way you paid: card payments by Paddle to your card (5–10 business days depending on your bank); crypto payments in USDT (TRC20) to the wallet address that sent the payment, minus the network fee; bank transfers to the account that sent the transfer.
What happens to the license
When a purchase is refunded, the time added by that purchase is removed from your account and the bot stops submitting offers for that game when no time remains.
