Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data [YOUR FULL LEGAL NAME OR COMPANY NAME] ("we") processes when you use Eldorado Snipebot (the "Service"), why, and your rights.
1. Data we process
- Account data: your e-mail address, optional username and a hashed (never plain) password.
- Eldorado connection data: the Eldorado session cookie our browser extension sends so the bot can act for your seller account, and your Eldorado username and profile picture shown in your panel. We never receive your Eldorado password.
- Service data: your price tables, bot settings, automatic chat messages and images you upload, and activity logs of offers and orders the bot handles.
- Security data: IP address, browser/device information and login/security events, used to protect accounts and prevent abuse (including free-trial abuse).
- Purchase data: payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. We do not see or store your card details; we receive order details such as the product, amount and a transaction reference.
2. Why we process it
- To provide the Service you asked for (running the bot, showing your panel, delivering licenses) — performance of a contract.
- To keep the Service secure and prevent fraud and abuse — legitimate interest.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers needed to run the Service: Paddle (payments), our hosting provider (servers), and — only if you configure it — the Discord webhook you choose for notifications. The bot communicates with Eldorado.gg on your behalf as part of the Service.
4. Retention
We keep account and service data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; we then delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use a strictly necessary login cookie to keep you signed in and local storage for preferences such as language. We do not use advertising cookies.
6. Security
Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted (HTTPS), access to data is restricted, and each user's data is kept separate from other users.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Türkiye's KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. To use these rights, contact us below.
8. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
